National Director, EMEA Research, JLL
Hela Hinrichs is a National Director in EMEA Research leading the Client Intelligence. Her responsibilities include managing client accounts and contracts and developing new business opportunities. She leads the roll-out of the Global Research portal to key European Capital Markets clients and the JLL business. Furthermore she coordinates cross-sectoral European market insight and foresight for global research outputs and publications.
Hela Hinrichs has 29 years experience in a wide range of commercial real estate research. Before joining the EMEA Research team in 1998 she was Head of Research in Germany. As Head of European Market Research she developed and implemented new business procedures across Europe as well as European Research services for clients. From 2005 as Director in EMEA Capital Markets Research she managed major European market intelligence and investment strategy research client assignments. She has been responsible as the global research project manager for the development and implementation of a global JLL real estate market database working closely with colleagues in Asia Pacific and the Americas.
Hela presents regularly at key Real Estate conferences and represents the company at press and client conferences.
Education and Affiliations
Diploma (equivalent postgraduate) in Economic Geography, Social Sciences and Architecture/Urban Planning at the University of Hamburg. Member of the Society of Property Researchers (gif). Member of the Advisory Board of the Bauakademie Biberach. Lectureship at Bauakademie Biberach, IREBS (International Real Estate Business School, Frankfurt and Regensburg), Akademie der Immobilienwirtschaft (ADI) and Fachhochschule Anhalt.
