Information

Background

The Annual Convention of Property Investment Prospects has grown around the Annual Convention of Finnish real estate professionals in investing, financing, construction, services and development. For 16 years, the Annual Convention has been the meeting place of all major Finnish players and in 2005 it was opened to international delegates as well. The international programme usually follows the themes of the main event but it also has its own special focuses. In previous years the special focus has been investing in Russia, Scandinavia and climate change related questions. The international participants come mainly from Scandinavia, Central Europe, Russia and Baltic Countries. The participants both international and Finnish represent institutional investors, property companies, banks, private foundations, developers, management companies, law firms, end-users and service providers. The Annual Convention has been established as the event of the business in Finland where everyone is present. It is an ideal place to renew existing contacts and make new ones.
